La verdad es que fue un placer volver a escucharla. En cuanto a la edición, te hice caso (^_^) y sólo quité los tiempos muertos.
U.S. Supreme Court dismisses Trump's invalidity lawsuit
The U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit for invalidating the presidential election filed by President Donald Trump on the 11th (local time). With Trump's defeat in more than a dozen lower court cases earlier, the Federal Supreme Court, which was considered the last hope, did not give up.
According to Reuters, the Supreme Court of the United States dismissed the lawsuit on the 8th in Texas asking to invalidate the results of president-elect Joe Biden in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
As these four states were contenders that determined the presidential election, if the results of the counts here are invalidated by the Supreme Court, the electoral team secured by Biden will not be able to make a majority. 17 additional states led by the Republican Party participated in the lawsuit, and President Trump fought an all-out war enough to ask for his own participation as plaintiff. Regarding the dismissal of the lawsuit, Reuters said, "It was a terrible setback for President Trump trying to reverse the results of the presidential election, which was defeated by Biden."
